Terms of Service

1. Booking Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
• Booking confirmation is provided only after verification by our team.
• Minimum 30% advance payment is required to confirm booking.
• Advance payment is non-refundable in case of customer cancellation.
• Final fare may vary depending on pickup location, waiting time, route changes, toll tax, parking charges and other applicable costs.

2. Fare Inclusions

• Air-conditioned vehicle
• Professional and verified driver
• 24/7 customer support
• Complimentary waiting time for eligible trips
• One CNG stop (up to 30 minutes) during long-distance travel

3. Fare Exclusions

• Toll tax
• Parking charges
• Interstate charges
• Additional waiting time
• Additional kilometers beyond booked distance
• Extra pickup points
• Special cleaning charges if applicable

4. Waiting Policy

• No waiting or halts allowed for journeys under 80 km.
• For journeys above 80 km, 30 minutes complimentary waiting is allowed.
• Additional waiting time is chargeable.
• Pickup waiting up to 2 hours is allowed only if informed in advance.
• Auto-cancellation may happen after 1 hour without prior notice.

5. Pickup and Drop Policy

• Only one pickup point and one drop point are included per booking.
• Additional pickup or drop locations may require extra charges or a new booking.

6. Restricted Items

• LPG cylinders, petrol, diesel, kerosene or inflammable items are prohibited.
• Alcohol, drugs and intoxicating substances are not allowed inside the vehicle.
• Any activity compromising passenger or driver safety is strictly prohibited.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Customer cancellations after confirmation are non-refundable.
• Cancellation due to policy violations will not be refunded.
• Ride confirmation depends on cab availability and operational conditions.
